We understand that at times our guests may need to cancel a reservation due to an emergency or some sort of unexpected circumstances. With that in mind our policies are as follows:

You can cancel a reservation up to 30 days before the arrival date except for holidays where the policy is up to 60 days before the arrival date.

Monthly Rentals - There are no cancelations nor refunds for monthly rentals.
